We Eco-Creation company have developed pyrolysis area based on chemistry. 

We focused on oil quality to use afterwards, so we should remove wax, sulphur, foreign matters. 

In process, Plastic converted to oil with paraffin wax which stuck to machine pipes. 

If the wax getting stuck to pipes, pipes will be blocked then exploded  in the end.

Customer who don't know well this technology only focus on machine cost. 

This is very hazardous thinking.

For examples when we visit one pryolysis factory where operating a chiness machine, We were very surprised seeing that operator didn't even know how the machine fulled by pressure inside. It looked supposed to exploded soon, but they didn't even know the problems. 

It because paraffin wax almost blocked inside of pipes, and workers didn't clean up the blocked pipes often. But ,actually it's hard to be because of disjointing all the pipes. 

It's quite took long time and very bothersome. 

So we Eco-Creation developed Ceramic Catalyst to reform the oil molecures itselves. 

When pyrolyzied a plastic, it's be a oil gas first then be a liquid through out a cooling pipes afterwards. In the middle, we set up the catalyst tank and breaks out hydrogen carbon chains by it. 

Mainly we can sort an oil to 1)Naptha, 2)Disel&Kerosene fractions 3) Bunker C oil or Residues. 

I wrote it in number by hydrogen carbon chains numbers. 

Naptha is very light oil then disel then bunker C oil. 

So Bunker C oil have utmost carbon chains. By cut this chains number we can abstract 

only naphtha with disel oil 

Next process is Separating. 

This two sorts of oil have a different flash point which is lower point when ignited. 

As you see the 2 or 3 sorts oil in Gas station, we need to divided it by its each usage. 

So we suck the naptha(light oil ) fraction by vacumm pumps artificially. 

Then leaves disel fraction goes to refine tank in the end. 

This produced oil be able to use at disel engine but we recommend to use under euro 4. 

from euro 4, the engine made very delicately. But please check the government law 

about oil using. Basically car oil include a tax, so individual retailer cannot sales their 

own oil. 

Even we can adjust the oil conditions, the tax is other issue, please check it in advanced.
