Pyrolysis ... We Eco-Creation company have developed pyrolysis area based on chemistry. We focused on oil quality to use afterwards, so we should remove wax, sulphur, foreign matters. In process, Plastic converted to oil with paraffin wax which stuck to machine pipes. If the wax getting stuck to pipes, pipes will be blocked then exploded in the end. Customer who don't know well this technology only focus on machine cost. This is very hazardous thinking. For examples when we visit one pryolysis factory where operating a chiness machine, We were very surprised seeing that operator didn't even know how the machine fulled by pressure inside. It looked supposed to exploded soon, but they didn't even know the problems. It because paraffin wax almost blocked inside of pipes, and workers didn't clean up the blocked pipes often. But ,actually it's hard to be because of disjointing all the pipes. It's quite took long ...
